Award Amount: $2,522,720.50, plus tax
This project reconstructs 2nd Avenue SE from J Street SE to N Street SE, and Marginal Way from N Street SE to 4th Avenue SE. The project includes the rehabilitation of the roadways to current City design standards, new asphalt pavement section, stormwater conveyance and water quality improvements, streetscaping, ADA compliant sidewalks and curb ramps, roadway frontage restoration, and reclaimed water system piping.
