City Hall is efficiently run by a Finance Officer/City Clerk, Deputy Finance Officer/City Clerk and Secretary/Receptionists. The Finance Department handles all the utility billing and receipting, municipal court cases, customer service, loans and bond payments for the City, payroll, council packets and vouchers. The Finance Department is also the liaison between Consolidated Disposal Services, Inc. and the local residents regarding their garbage service.
