City Clerk / Finance Dept.

City Hall is efficiently run by the Finance Officer/City Clerk, Deputy Finance Officer/City Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Secretary/Receptionist, and Receptionist. The Finance Department handles the utility billing and receipting, municipal court cases, customer service, loans and bond payments for the City, accounts payable, payroll, public records request, council packets, vouchers, and much more. As of August 10, 2016 the Finance Department has relocated to the Public Services Building at 115 1st Avenue SW in preparation of the City Hall remodel. The Finance Department does not foresee this move causing any interruption in customer service for our residents. Beginning August 23, 2016, the hours for the Public Services Building will be Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
